I met with 2 catering companies and Anthony Navarro. The catering companies promised the sun and the moon. Anthony never promised, he guaranteed that he could turn this room and event into a magical evening, free of stress, chaos and hidden extras. Anthony has great relationships with his associates in the industry. His vision is extremely creative and his attention to detail unfathomable. After my first meeting with Anthony, I knew by selecting him, I would get more for my budget and I never thought twice about that decision. I received compliments from my staff for weeks on how the room was turned into a magical night club, the attentive service and the delicious food. His staff went beyond what I had expected in treating everyone as if they were an honored guest. I recommend Anthony Navarro and Liven It Up Events to everyone I know!If I could I would give Anthony more than 5 stars in this review. Our wedding was last Saturday, and Anthony was more than a coordinator, he was a planner, he made sure I wanted for nothing, emceed the entire evening, and made sure my mom had fun instead of worrying about the details.He took care of everything, which couldn't have been easy since he got almost no direction from me. He made our wedding the most beautiful day of my life, and completely stress free. I just showed up, had a glass of champagne and got married. I will be telling everyone I know and anyone I may meet who needs an event coordinator to call Anthony. Thanks Anthony, for the best day of my life. I've attended two mixers that Anthony has organized for our Leads Club networking chapter. Both have been excellent! Well attended, flawlessly organized and beautifully decorated. He planned every event we do - we are a not-for-profit theatre company here in Old Town focused only on committing new work to the stage. We deal in many "event" type parties from black tie fundraisers to golf outings and he is by far the best event planner I have ever dealt with - he remains calm, always has a positive spin on things and above all is just always covering your back and bringing something up you may have forgotten. He's a self-starter, imaginative and tenacious. He's not only gifted but just genuinely a nice person.As far as faults or weaknesses are concerned I am sure he has some, but they were never visible to me in my dealings with him.
