Social Planning Services Our Social Planning Services are for friend and family gatherings that need assistance in making a cocktail style or dinner reception come together. This includes, but not limited too, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, Birthday’s, Anniversaries, Holiday Parties. Full Service Planner We will handle all of the necessary aspects of the planning process for the event. We will secure the vendors you need, set budget parameters, set appointments, answer e-mails, assist with making payments to vendors, work with you closely all the way to the event day and after all that, make sure that the event is memorable for you and your guests. Partial Planning Consultant We help with the larger aspects of the planning process. Venue, Catering, & Decor, and supply vendor referrals for you. We coordinate the larger elements and a month before the event, we tie up all of the loose ends and are there on the day of the event to ensure all goes smooth and you and your guests have a memorable evening. Day of Coordinator Having one our Planners there with you help put the pieces that you have planned together for you and then to be there on the day of your event, handling your vendors, keeping you on time, and making sure you have a memorable and enjoyable day. All social planning packages include a detailed time line that will be used by our expert planners and distributed to all vendors to work from. |
